- What does it cost me?
- Nothing to join, and the free plan has no monthly fee. We deduct 20% from the project rate, or 10% if you subscribe to UGC Scout Pro. UGC Scout Pro also pays out daily where Stripe supports it, instead of weekly on Mondays.
- When do I actually get the money?
- The brand's card is charged when they book you. Once they approve your delivery, Stripe transfers the payout to your connected account. If they don't respond, it auto-approves 3 days after you submit.
- When does the money reach my bank?
- Once your payout is released, Stripe pays it out to your bank: weekly, on Mondays, on the free plan, and daily on UGC Scout Pro. Arrival after that depends on your bank. Schedules depend on what Stripe supports in your country.
- What if the brand just never responds?
- Auto-approval exists for exactly that: 3 days after you submit, the delivery approves itself and the payout is released.
- Can I work from outside the US?
- Payouts run through Stripe Connect using the country saved in your creator profile. Stripe confirms whether payouts are available there.
- Do I need a following?
- No. Brands are buying footage, not reach. Your portfolio matters, your follower count doesn't.
- How do I get more invites?
- Fill the profile out, keep two portfolio videos current, and stay marked available. Pro buys priority placement in up to 3 niches if you want it.
